On September 12, 2019, Pope Francis launched a global education alliance: the Global Compact on Education.
The Pope asks to join efforts so that education generates peace, justice and acceptance among peoples.
In the following months, marked by the pandemic and the war, Francis relaunched his appeal:
by changing education we can change the world!
The task of promoting the Global Compact on Education is entrusted to the Dicastery for Culture and Education.
